2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All work is quoted prior to production or service.

  • Quotes are based on project details, materials, estimated time, and service requirements.

  • Pricing will not change after approval unless the scope of work changes.

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be revised based on material costs, labor requirements, or project changes.

Service & Repair Estimates

  • Diagnostic services represent a minimum service charge.

  • Final repair costs are determined after evaluation of the equipment and identification of required parts and labor.

  • Additional work beyond the initial scope will be quoted and approved before proceeding.

  • Parts availability may impact final pricing and timeline.

Pricing Adjustments

Pricing is subject to change based on updated project requirements, material costs, service complexity, or scope changes. Any adjustments will be clearly communicated and approved before additional work continues.

3. Deposits & Payment

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • For print and custom work, deposits secure materials and production time.

  • Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Methods:

  • ACH and Zelle (no additional fees)

  • Credit cards (subject to a processing fee)

4. Minimum Charges

  • A minimum charge applies to all services and print jobs.

  • If multiple items can be produced within that minimum, you may be offered additional copies prior to production.

5. Print Quality & Material Disclaimer

Print quality is influenced by file design, material selection, printer limitations, and intended use.

  • While all files are reviewed and recommendations are provided, perfect results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Surface finish, strength, and dimensional accuracy may vary depending on the file and material.

  • Hein Dynamics LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from flawed file design or unsuitable material selection.

6. File Responsibility & Authorization

By submitting files or project requests, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use and reproduce the files provided

  • The files do not violate any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights

Hein Dynamics LLC is not responsible for unauthorized or improper use of submitted files.

7. Custom Work & Design Services

  • Custom work is an iterative process and may require revisions.

  • Final designs are based on the information provided and intended use discussed during the project.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes may result in updated pricing or additional deposits.

Fit & Function:

If your project interacts with other parts or equipment:

  • You may be asked to provide physical components for testing

  • This helps ensure proper fit and function and reduces delays from back-and-forth revisions

8. Repairs & Service Work

  • Repair services are intended to restore printers to a functional state.

  • This includes proper homing, leveling, and the ability to complete prints.

  • Perfect print quality is not guaranteed due to variables outside of service control (filament, slicer settings, environment, and continued tuning).

On-Site Service:

  • On-site service may include a travel fee based on location.

  • Travel fees will be communicated and approved prior to scheduling service.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of services, all sales are final once production or work has begun.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Poor file design

    • Incorrect material selection

    • Changes in project scope after approval

10. Turnaround Times

  • Timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

    • Project complexity

    • Material availability

    • Revision requirements

  • Delays may occur if additional information or materials are required.

11. Delivery & Pickup

  • Local pickup is available in Gilbert, Arizona.

  • Shipping is available upon request.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hein Dynamics LLC is not liable for:

  • Improper use of printed parts

  • Damage resulting from design limitations or material performance

  • Indirect or consequential damages

All parts and designs are provided as-is for their intended use.

For commercial or production use, all parts are provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Clients assume full responsibility for testing, validation, and compliance with any applicable standards or regulations.

13. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

14. Commercial / B2B Work

Hein Dynamics LLC provides services to both individual and commercial clients. For business-to-business (B2B) engagements:

  • All projects are quoted based on provided specifications, expected volume, and intended use.

  • Volume pricing, repeat orders, or ongoing work may be negotiated on a per-client basis.

  • Lead times may vary based on production capacity and order size.

  • Clients are responsible for validating part suitability for their specific application, including any regulatory or safety requirements.

  • Hein Dynamics LLC is not responsible for downstream use, resale, or integration of parts into commercial products or systems.

15. Payment Terms for Commercial Clients

  • Payment terms for approved commercial clients may be extended on a case-by-case basis.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due prior to delivery.

  • Late payments may delay future work or order fulfillment.
